The Central Youth are committed to serving Christ in every aspect of their lives. We believe that through the training of our young people we can help serve and grow the Church of today.

We train our young people to develop their spiritual lives by offering the following:

Leadership Training: All of our young people have the opportunity to spend time with the Elders of our Central family. (1 Timothy 3:1) They also have equal opportunity to mentor under our deacons (1 Timothy 3:13), ministers (2 Timothy 4:2), song leaders (Colossians 3:16), and Godly women (1 Timothy 2:8-10). Some of our young people after graduation have the opportunity to serve as intern ministers as well.

Christian Relationships: Our young people are given many ways to serve and grow together as a Christian family. We offer service projects (Matthew 20:28), visiting opportunities (James 1:27), fun events (Mark 3:35), and various meals (Acts 2:46).

Spiritual Enhancement: We have regularly scheduled devotionals in our members homes (Psalm 86:12). We participate in T.A.B.S. (Teen Age Bible Study) an area wide monthly youth event. We have two annual retreats one in the spring and the other in the fall (Proverbs 1:5). We encourage an active prayer life through Bible classes and other events (1 Thessalonians 5:17). Our youth have many chances throughout the year to grow spiritually.

Stronger Family Relationships: Our youth are encouraged often to engage in a stronger relationship with their families. We offer them many opportunities to grow closer to their parents and families. A few examples are father-son camp outs (Proverbs 22:6), prayer breakfasts (Philippians 4:6), leadership training (Ephesians 6:4), retreats (Proverbs 1:5), slumber parties (Proverbs 22:6), home training (Titus 2:3-6), and father-son mother-daughter date nights (Proverbs 22:6).
